How do I schedule an appointment at Medika Health Clinic?
You can book an appointment online or give us a call at (08) 6186 0283.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
For your first visit to Medika, please bring your contact information, the details of your healthcare provider, and your medical records and test results. If you need anything else for future appointments, our team will let you know.
What should I expect during my first visit?
On your first visit, we’ll give you a warm welcome, add your details to our system, listen to all of your health concerns, and begin the process of improving your health and well-being in a holistic manner.
What health insurers does Medika Health Clinic accept?
We use HICAPS, so we can process claims for all Australian private health funds on the spot.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
In light of recent Medicare decisions, we no longer offer bulk billing for telephone appointments.
For standard 10-minute telephone appointments, the cost is $70.00, with a Medicare rebate of $41.20, leaving you with an out-of-pocket expense of $28.80.
For extended 20-minute telephone appointments, the fee is $110.00. The available Medicare rebate for this is $79.70, resulting in an out-of-pocket cost of $30.30 for you.
