Rebates & bulk billing
For most of our GP services, Medicare rebates result in minimal out-of-pocket costs for eligible individuals. We offer bulk billing for children under 16 who have a Medicare card. Additionally, patients possessing a valid Health Care Card or Pension card are bulk billed.

Is my appointment covered by Medicare?
For most of our GP services, Medicare rebates result in minimal out-of-pocket costs for eligible individuals. We offer bulk billing for children under 16 who have a Medicare card. Additionally, patients possessing a valid Health Care Card or Pension card are bulk billed.
Is there any on-site pathology collection?
Yes, we can collect pathology samples on-site at our clinic.
How do I get my test results?
Please call us 2 to 3 days after testing to book an appointment with your GP and go through your results.
After hours support
For home visits after hours, we offer the locum service Dial a Doctor, with whom we have a formal agreement. If you call our clinic outside of opening hours, you’ll be given Dial a Doctor’s phone number.
