Our Fee Structure (as at 01 July 2026)
Notice: From 1 October 2026, a $2.45 HotDoc Platform Fee will apply to payments made through HotDoc. This fee is charged by HotDoc and will be displayed before payment is completed. Alternative payment options remain available through Medika Health Clinic and we encourage our patients to pay directly through us to avoid any additional fees charged by external platforms such as HotDoc.

Comprehensive care cannot be rushed. Please note that the fees for your appointment will vary depending on the time required to address your concerns. If you have multiple or complex issues to discuss, please book a longer consultation rather than a standard appointment. Allocating adequate time helps ensure you receive thorough, high-quality care from your doctor.
A Standard appointment is 15 minutes and allows for the doctor to discuss of 1 – 2 simple issues only.
For multiple and complex issues, please book longer appointments.
At the time of booking, our reception staff will ask which doctor you would prefer to see and the length of the consultation you require, and will book the most effective appointment for you.
This will allow our doctors to run on time so that all our patients receive the highest quality of care through effective time management.
Please note, not all doctors do all procedures.
Important note on billing:
Under 16yrs (Medicare card holders), Pension Card Holders may be offered discounted fees. Discounted fees are at the individual doctor’s discretion. Routine bulk-billing is not available at this clinic.
If you are a DVA card holder, please contact our clinic for more information.
All telephone appointments are privately billed and require prepayment. You can prepay directly by calling us on 08 6186 0283 to avoid any surcharges or additional fees. All eligible patients will receive medicare rebate. Alternatively, you can also pay through HotDoc (platform fees may apply).

- Medicinal Cannabis (referral from your usual GP is required; thorough assessment conducted during initial Face-to-Face appointment)
- Vyepti infusion appointments can be made if you have a referral and script from your neurologist
